Directions: Build your base with the matte powder shadows. Pick up metallics & shimmers using a brush in small circular motions. Apply on lids for an illuminating finish. For extra sparkle build a layer on top using your fingers. 

Do not use directly in the eye. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Keep out of reach of children. External use only.
