Each capsule contains:

Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri, whole plant)  150 mg (15:1, 2250 mg QCE; 12% Bacosides)
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root)  125 mg (15:1, 1875 mg QCE; 1.5% Withanolides)
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea, root)  100 mg (3.5:1, 350 mg QCE; 3% Rosavins)
Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus, root) 100 mg (47.5:1, 4750 mg QCE; 0.8% Eleutherosides)
Phosphatidylserine (Helianthus annuus,seed)  50 mg
L Theanine  50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule 1 time per day. Avoid taking before bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if you have any type of acute infection, and/or prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking antidepressant and/or are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control agents.
