Ortho Molecular Products NuAdapt 60 Capsules:

Fatigue is a psychobiological state caused by prolonged periods of demanding activity and exertion. Fatigue can be either mental or physical in nature and can start affecting performance. Convalescence is defined medically as the time between the diminishment of a disease and complete restoration to health, and it is characterized by the gradual recovery of health and strength after an extended period of weakness due to disease. Reactive oxygen species and other free radicals can lead to oxidative stress, which damages cells and is associated with a variety of human diseases.

NuAdapt provides a unique blend of botanicals and ingredients that can help improve mental and/or physical performance after periods of mental and physical exertion, help relieve fatigue and weakness during convalescence, and provide antioxidants to protect against oxidative damage.

Each capsule contains:

Bacopa (Bacopa monnieri, whole plant)  150 mg (15:1, 2250 mg QCE; 12% Bacosides)
Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera, root)  125 mg (15:1, 1875 mg QCE; 1.5% Withanolides)
Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea, root)  100 mg (3.5:1, 350 mg QCE; 3% Rosavins)
Eleuthero (Eleutherococcus senticosus, root) 100 mg (47.5:1, 4750 mg QCE; 0.8% Eleutherosides)
Phosphatidylserine (Helianthus annuus,seed)  50 mg
L Theanine  50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Silicon dioxide.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule 1 time per day. Avoid taking before bedtime. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen or if you have any type of acute infection, and/or prior to use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, are taking antidepressant and/or are taking hormone replacement therapy (HRT) or birth control agents. Stop use if you experience irritability or insomnia. May cause digestive problems. Gastrointestinal upset such as nausea and stomach pain may occur. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
