Suggested Dose For Adults: take 5-15 drops , one daily. Mix the drops is glass of water or juice and take it a few hours before or after taking other products.  Take with food.

Cautions: Keep out of reach of children. Always Dilute and do not use full strength. do not put in eyes, avoid contact with sensitive areas. If come in contact with full strength, wash the area of contact  with water at lest for 10 minutes, irritation may occur but it is temporary and will go away within 48 hours.
