Each 10 grams (approx. 2 rounded tablespoons) contains:

Oat fibre (Avena sativa), 22% beta-glucan 6.5 g
Psyllium (Plantago ovata) husk powder 2.5 g
Glucomannan (Amorphophallus konjac) root 1 g

Suggested Dose: Adults take 2 rounded tablespoons mixed into 8 oz. of fluid once or twice daily with or between meals or as directed by your health care practitioner. Take one hour before or after other medications.
