B group of vitamins complement each other's function and are only found as a group in food or living tissues. B vitamins are water-based coenzymes that assist body with different functions such as energy production, tissue and red blood cell formation, immune function, and neural functions.

B‑Complex SAP contains active forms of vitamins B2 (riboflavin-5'-phosphate), B6 (pyridoxal-5'-phosphate), along with methylated forms of Folate and b12.

Vitamin B5 (calcium d‑pantothenate) 100 mg
Niacin (Vitamin B3; inositol hexanicotinate, flush-free) 75 mg
Vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride) 50 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5ʹ-phosphate sodium) 25 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5ʹ-phosphate) 10 mg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 500 mcg
l‑Methylfolate (from l‑5‑methyltetrahydrofolate, calcium salt) 500 mcg
Biotin 200 mcg

Non‑Medicinal Ingredients: Vegetable magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, and silicon dioxide in a capsule composed of vegetable carbohydrate gum and purified water.
