Ingredients:

Each chewable softgel contains
Organic evening primrose (CEnothera biennis) seed oil, hexane-free	260 mg
gamma-ciLinolenic acid (GLA) (10%)	26 mg
Fish-oil omega-ci3 fatty acids from wild, deep-sea whole sardines (Sardina pilchardus) and whole anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus)	325 mg
Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)	145 mg
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)	87.5 mg

Purity: Contains no: Gluten, soy, wheat, corn, eggs, dairy, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavour or colour, starch, or sugar.

Suggested Dose: Children and adolescents (3–18 years old): Chew 1 softgel four times daily or as directed by your health-care practitioner. Do not allow child to swallow the softgel whole.
