RESPIRfree features a blend of potent herbal extracts. Skullcap, ginger, and black cumin work synergistically to support respiratory health and provide antioxidant benefits.

Ginger, traditionally used in herbal medicine, acts as an expectorant and cough suppressant, helping to relieve bronchitis and other respiratory conditions.

Black cumin and thyme offer additional support by providing antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.

Magnesium ascorbate 85 mg
Skullcap (Scutellaria lateri ora, Herb Top, 4:1 extract equivalent to 300 mg of dry herb) 75 mg
Fenugreek (Trigonella foenum-graecum, Seed, 4:1 extract equivalent to 300 mg of dry herb) 75 mg
Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus, Root, 20:1 extract equivalent to 1300 mg of dry herb -Standardized to contain 50% Polysaccharides) 65 mg 
Ginger (Zingiber of cinale, Rhizome, 4:1 extract equivalent to 240 mg of dry herb) 60 mg
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris, Leaf, 4:1 extract equivalent to 212 mg of dry herb) 53 mg
Black cumin (Nigella sativa, Whole plant, 10:1 extract equivalent to 500 mg of dry herb) 50 mg
Forsythia (Forsythia suspensa, Root, 10:1 extract equivalent to 450 mg of dry herb) 45 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Stearic acid, Silicon dioxide.

Purity:  Does not Contain: Dairy, gluten, yeast.

Suggested Dose : (Adults 18 years and older): 1 capsule, two times a day with meals. Take a few hours before or after supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks (chronic insomnia). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have kidney stones; if you have diabetes; or  if you have an autoimmune disorder. Avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Do not use this product if you are taking antibiotics or nitroglycerin; or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Some people may experience diarrhoea or drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness. Stop use if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal upset. Keep sealed, store in a cool, dry place at 15–25ºC.
