Each capsule contains:

Magnesium ascorbate/oxide 125 mg
Black walnut (Juglans nigra - Unripe hull) 120 mg
Peppermint (Mentha x piperita, Leaf, 10:1 extract equivalent to 1000 mg of dry herb) 100 mg
Oregano (Origanum vulgare, Leaf, 10:1 extract equivalent to 600 mg of dry herb) 60 mg
Clove (Syzygium aromaticum, Flower bud, 10:1 extract equivalent to 300 mg of dry herb) 30 mg
Thyme (Thymus vulgaris, Leaf, 4:1 extract equivalent to 120 mg of dry herb) 30 mg
Ginger (Zingiber offcinale, Root) (5% Gingerol) 30 mg
Grapefruit (Citrus paradisi, Fruit seed, 4:1 extract equivalent to 100 mg of dry herb) 25 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, Microcrystalline cellulose, Stearic acid, Silicon dioxide.

Purity:  Does not Contain: Dairy, gluten, yeast.

Suggested Dose : (Adults 18 years and older): Take 2 capsules 3 time per day. Take with food, a few hours before or after  taking other medical agents or natural health products. If you are taking supplements containing iron, zinc, calcium or copper, take this product a few hours before or after taking these supplements. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.
