Ingredients:

Each softgel contains:

Fish Oil (Derived from a blend of: mackerel, sardine, anchovy) 1000 mg
providing:
EPA 300 mg
DHA 200 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, water, contains 2% or less of natural lemon flavour, mixed tocopherols, rosemary extract, and ascorbyl palmitate.

Purity:This product is non-GMO and gluten free.

Recommended Dose:
Children up to 12 years of age: Take 1 softgel daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Children aged 13-18 years: Take 4 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Adults: Take 6 softgels daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
