Fish Oil(Derived from a blend of: mackerel, sardine, and anchovy) 4,643 mg 
Providing
EPA  triglyceride 1410 mg 
DHA triglyceride 990 mg 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Natural lemon flavour, natural tocopherols, rosemary extract, and ascorbyl palmitate.

Recommended Dose:
Children aged 1-13 years: Take 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Children aged 14-18 years: Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
Adults: Take 1 1/4 teaspoon (6.25 ml) daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
