Fish Oil (Derived from a blend of: sardine, anchovy, mackerel) 1,400 mg
Providing:
EPA triglyceride 710 mg
DHA triglyceride 290 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Gelatin, glycerin, water, contains 2% or less of natural lemon flavour, rosemary extract, tocopherols, and ascorbyl palmitate.

Recommended Dose: Adults take one softgel 3 times per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
