Each tablet contains:

A 10:1 mushroom decoction : 650 mg

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) 130 mg

Shiitake (Lentinus edodes) 130 mg

Fu-Ling (Poria cocos) 97.5 mg

Turkey Tail Mushroom (Coriolus versicolor) 97.5 mg

Oyster Mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus) 97.5 mg

Cordyceps (Paecilomyces hepiali) 65 mg

Maitake (Grifola frondosa) 32.5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium-chain triglycerides).

Purity: This product is non-GMO, gluten-free , and vegetarian.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 2 tablets 3 times daily or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Cautions: Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, do not use if you have a yin or qi deficiency or seminal emission due to deficiency cold, if you have an auto-immune disorder, estro-dependant malignancy, heart condition, hypertension or multiple sclerosis.
