Metagenics MethylCare 120 Capsules:

N-Acetyl-L-Cysteine 300 mg
Betaine HCl 250 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 12.5 mg
Riboflavin 0.8 mg
Zinc (zinc citrate) 0.75 mg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 500 mcg
Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate)† 400 mcg
Manganese (manganese citrate) 0.2 mg
Molybdenum (hydrolyzed vegetable protein) 7.5 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, cellulose, stearic acid (veg), magnesium stearate (veg), and silicon dioxide.

Recommended Dose: Adults take 2 capsules daily with food or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks.
