Zinc (zinc citrate) 2.5 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine HCl) 500 mcg
Folate (calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate†) 200 mcg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 1 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg), croscarmellose sodium, silicon dioxide, and coating (hypromellose, maltodextrin, and polyethylene glycol).
