Recommended Dose: Adults blend, shake, briskly stir 2 level tablespoons (15 g) with 237 mL (8 fl. oz.) of juice per day or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take a few hours before or after taking other medical agent.

Cautions: Do not use in the presence of abdominal pain, nausea, fever, or vomiting. Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported. Stop use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble such as yellowing of the skin/eyes (jaundice), stomach pain, dark urine, sweating, nausea, unusual tiredness and/or loss of appetite and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have an iron deficiency, have a liver disorder. Bloating and flatulence may occur. Diarrhea may occur in which case discontinue use. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks. Keep out of the reach of children. Do not use if inner perma seal is missing.
