Recommended Dose: Adults briskly stir 1 scoop (10 grams) into 240 mL (8 ounces) of water, juice, or other beverage daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days. Take a few hours before or after taking other medical agents or natural health products. Maintain adequate fluid intake.
