Metagenics Black Cohosh Plus 60 Tablets:

Ingredients:

Each Tablet Contains:
Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) 6.5:1 aerial parts extract equivalent to 650 mg of motherwort	100 mg
Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) root & rhizome extract standardized to 2.5% triterpene glycosides	80 mg
Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) 5:1 leaf extract equivalent to 250 mg of lemon balm	50 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, stearic acid (veg.), sodium starch glycolate, silicon dioxide, and coating (water, hypromellose, hydroxypropylcellulose, and medium chaintriglycerides ).

Recommended Dose: Adults take one tablet twice daily or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Caution: Do not use if pregnant. If breast-feeding, have a liver disorder or develop symptoms of liver trouble, consult a healthcare practitioner before use. Consumption with alc ohol, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Some people may experience drowsiness. Exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness.
