MediHerb Withania Forte 60 Tablets:

Withania Forte contains a standardized extract of Withania somnifera. Each tablet contains NLT 10 mg of withanolides from a 10:1 extract of the root.

Used in herbal medicine as an adaptogen to help increase energy and resistance to stress. - Traditionally used in Ayurveda as a sleep aid and to balance aggravated Vata (nervine). - Traditionally used in Ayurveda for memory enhancement.

Ingredients: 

Each tablet contains:

Withania somnitera (Ashwagandha root 10:1 extract, DHE 4 g - providing 10 mg Withanolides) 400 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, microcrystaline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hypromellose, colloidal silicon dioxide.

Suggested Dose: Adults: 1 tablet daily or as directed by your health care practitioner.

Cautions: Some people may experience drowsiness. Advise patients to exercise caution if operating heavy machinery, driving a motor vehicle or involved in activities requiring mental alertness, and to avoid taking with alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Practitioner supervision recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Re-asses patient if sleeplessness persists for more than 4 weeks.
