Each tablet contains:

Curcuminoids-galactomannan complex (Curcumo longa rhizome, Trigonella foenum-graecum seed) 270 mg
(33% Curcumin)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, sodium starch lycolate, silicon dioxide, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, hypromellose, magnesium stearate.

Recommended Dose: Adults: 1 Tablet 2 times per day. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 weeks.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are pregnant or breast feeding, it you are taking anti-platelets or blood thinners or if you have gallstones, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid or a bile duct obstruction. Store below 30°C away from direct sunlight. Keep tightly closed. Keep out of reach of children.
