MediHerb Rehmannia Complex 60 Tablets:

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve headaches.

Ingredients:

Each Tablet Contains:
Bupleurum root 2:1 extract DHE: 700 mg from Bupleurum falcatum root	1400 mcl
Rehmannia root 5:1 extract DHE: 350 mg from Rehmannia glutinosa root	1750 mcl
Hemidesmus root 5:1 extract DHE: 500 mg from Hemidesmus indicus root	100 mg
Feverfew leaf & stem 5:1 extract DHE: 165 mg from Tanacetum parthenium leaf & stem	33 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Calcium phosphate dibasic, Cellulose, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Maltodextrin, SilicaSodium starch glycolate.

Suggested Adults Dose: take 1 tablet 2-4 times daily.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, or if you are taking blood thinners. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Daisy family, or if you are pregnant. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. Some people may experience sore mouth, mouth ulcers and/or gastrointestinal discomfort.
