MediHerb Rehmannia Complex 60 Tablets:

Traditionally used in Herbal Medicine to help relieve headaches.

Ingredients:

Each Tablet Contains:

Bupleurum (from Bupleurum falcatum root extract 2:1 extract- DHE  700 mg) 1400 mcl
Rehmannia (from Rehmannia glutinosa root extract 5:1 extract- DHE 350 mg) 1750 mcl
Hemidesmus (from Hemidesmus indicus root extract 5:1 extract - DHE  500 mg) 100 mg
Feverfew (from Tanacetum parthenium leaf & stem extract 5:1- DHE 165 mg ) 33 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients:Calcium phosphate dibasic, Cellulose, Hypromellose, Magnesium stearate, Maltodextrin, SilicaSodium starch glycolate.

Suggested Adults Dose:  1 tablet 2-4 times daily. Reduce the dosage gradually if treatment is to be paused or discontinued. Take with or after food. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 4 months.

Cautions: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are breastfeeding, or if you are taking blood thinners. Do not use if you are allergic to plants of the Asteraceae/Daisy family, or if you are pregnant. Hypersensitivity, such as an allergy, has been known to occur; in which case discontinue use. Some people may experience sore mouth, mouth ulcers and/or gastrointestinal discomfort.
