Non-medicinal ingredients: Citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, stevia, natural flavor of wild blueberry (natural extract rich in antioxidants) and fruit punch.

Amino Acid Profile: glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, glutamate, glutamine, alanine, arginine, aspartate, lysine (plus 500 mg), serine, valine, leucine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, hydroxy lysine, tyrosine, methionine, histidine, cysteine.

Suggested Dose: 

Adults and children over 12 years mix 7.5 ml (1 cap) twice daily or 15 ml (2 caps) once daily with 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water or juice and drink on an empty stomach, 1 hour before dinner or at bedtime. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 15 ml. 

Alternatively, to use as a supplement mix 15 ml (1 tablespoon) with food and drink.
