Suggested Dose:  Adults (19 years and older) mix 7.5 ml (1 cap) twice daily or 15 ml (2 caps) once daily with 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water or juice and drink on an empty stomach, 1 hour before dinner or at bedtime. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 15 ml. Shake gently before using and refrigerate after opening. Results may vary for each individual and may range from a few days to a month.
