Ingredients:

Each 15 ml contains:

Hydrolyzed collagen (bovine skin) 5000 mg
Vitamin C 60 mg
Vitamin D 10 mcg 400 Ul

Non-medicinal ingredients: Citric acid, potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, sodium citrate, stevia, natural cranberry (extract) and fruit punch flavor.

Amino Acid Profile: glycine, proline, hydroxyproline, glutamate, glutamine (250 mg), alanine, arginine (250 mg), aspartate, lysine (500 mg), serine, valine, leucine, phenylalanine, isoleucine, hydroxy lysine, tyrosine, methionine, histidine, cysteine.

Purity: Gluten free, Sugar free, Non GMO, BPA free, Halal.

Suggested Dose: 

Adults and children over 12 years mix 7.5 ml (1 cap) twice daily or 15 ml (2 caps) once daily with 125 ml (1/2 cup) of water or juice and drink on an empty stomach, 1 hour before dinner or at bedtime. Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 15 ml. 

Alternatively, to use as a supplement mix 15 ml (1 tablespoon) with food and drink.
