How to Track your Package
Our customers frequently ask how can they know where is his package once it has been shipped. Tracking a package in our website is very simple; you just have to follow these steps:
1) Log in to your account and click on the option “View Order Status” on the displayed menu.
2) All the orders you have placed at Health Palace will be displayed. Click on the button “View Orders Details” of the order you wish to track.
3) Then click on the tracking number located at the bottom of the page. You will be redirected to Canada Post website and your order information will be displayed.*
*Note: Option not available for Free Shipping and Flat Rate Per Order methods
4) For cases in which the tracking number link does not work, you can copy the number and paste it directly in Canada Post Tracking box.

Important Note: Tracking numbers usually take 1-2 business days to be updated by Canada Post website.
