Each Capsule Contains:
Beta-carotene	4500 mcg
Vitamin C (ascorbic acid)	200 mg
Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl succinate)	67 mg AT /100 IU
Iodine (kelp)	225 mcg
Zinc (zinc citrate)	5 mg
Selenium (selenomethionine)	50 mcg
L-Cysteine (L-cysteine hydrochloride)	5 mg
L-Glutathione	2.5 mg
Grape (Vitis vinifera) Seed Std. Extract (85% Proanthocyanidins)	2.5 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, dibasic calcium phosphate dihydrate, cellulose, magnesium silicate, magnesium stearate.

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take one capsule daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
