An antioxidant for the maintenance of good health. Helps to prevent selenium and vitamin E deficiencies.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:

Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopheryl succinate) 134 mg AT / 200 IU
Selenium (selenomethionine) 200 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, silica, ascorbyl palmitate, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose, glycerin.

Recommended Dose: Adults (over 19 years) :Take one tablet daily with a meal, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
