Purity: contains no added wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, sodium, sugar, artificial coloring or flavoring, preservatives, dairy or animal products. Ideal for vegans.

Recommended Adults Dose: In a glass, add 250 mL of water, juice or milk to 3 scoops of Pro Rice and mix well, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Ensure to drink enough fluid before, during, and after exercise. Do not exceed 5 scoops daily. Consult your healthcare practitioner for prolonged use.

Cautions: Contains Sulphites. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
