Ingredients:

Each 15 ml (Tablespoon) contains:

Calcium (calcium carbonate) 600 mg
Iron (ferric pyrophosphate) 5 mg
Iodine (potassium iodide)  75 mcg
Magnesium (magnesium hydroxide) 250 mg
Zinc (zinc gluconate) 5 mg
Selenium (sodium selenite)  100 mcg
Copper (copper gluconate)   500 mcg
Manganese (manganese gluconate)  0.5 mg
Chromium (chromium nicotinate glycinate)  100 mcg
Molybdenum   25 mcg
Vanadium  35 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, natural flavours, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, stevia leaf extract (rebaudioside A). 

Purity: Dairy free, Gluten free, GMO Free, Vegan.

Recommended Adult Dose: Take one tablespoon (15 ml) two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
