Ingredients:

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, ethanol, xylitol, natural spearmint flavour, citric acid, potassium sorbate, rebaudioside A (stevia).

Recommended Dose: Adults: Three sprays taken orally, once daily, at or before bedtime, or as professionally directed. For use beyond four weeks, consult your healthcare practitioner. For adult use only.

Cautions: Do not drive or use machinery for five hours after taking melatonin. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding; or if you are taking immunosuppressive drugs, do not use. If you have a hormonal disorder, diabetes, liver or kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension; or if you are taking blood pressure or sedative/hypnotic agents, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use.
