2:1 ratio of magnesium and calcium citrate minerals with added vitamin D.

Natural Vanilla Flavour.

Helps to maintain immune function and proper muscle function. Helps in the maintenance of bones and teeth. Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Helps to prevent vitamin D and magnesium deficiencies.

Ingredients:

Each 15 ml ( tablespoon) contains:

Magnesium (magnesium citrate)  500 mg
Calcium (calcium citrate)   250 mg
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)  25 mcg (1 000 IU)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Purified water, xylitol, natural vanilla flavour, medium-chain triglycerides, citric acid, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, organic stevia leaf extract, rosemary leaf extract, mixed tocopherols concentrate

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take one tablespoon once daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medical agents, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Shake well before each use. Do not refrigerate.
