Genestra Mag Cal Formula 2- 90 Tablets:

Magnesium and calcium formulation

2:1 ratio to help maintain muscle function and to help in tissue formation; Helps in the maintenance of bones and teeth; Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may help promote healthy bones and joint comfort.

Ingredients:

Each Tablet Contains:

Vitamin D (cholecalciferol) 2.5 mcg/100 IU
Calcium (calcium carbonate/citrate tetrahydrate) 200 mg
Magnesium (magnesium oxide/citrate) 400 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, hyprolose, croscarmellose sodium, ascorbyl palmitate, sunflower lecithin, carnauba wax, silica, hypromellose, glycerin.

Recommended Adult Dose: Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, a few hours before or after taking other medicines or natural health products, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
