Genestra Ichol Plus 90 Veg Capsules :

Provides Combination of choline, inositol, L-methionine, botanicals and ox bile.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

Choline (choline bitartrate) 125 mg
Inositol 100mg
L-Methionine 75 mg
Ox (Bos taurus) Bile 75 mg
Milk Thistle (Silybum marianum) Seed Extract (25:1) 50 mg
1250 mg Dried Equivalent
Dandelion (Taraxacum officinale) Root 15 mg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, hyprolose, ascorbyl palmitate, carnauba wax, silica.

Recommended Dose: Adults: Take two capsules two times daily with meals, or as recommended by your health care practitioner.

Cautions:  If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your healthcare practitioner prior to use. If you have liver, gastrointestinal tract or gallbladder disorders, and/or bowel obstruction, do not use. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. If you develop any of the following symptoms: nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, loss of appetite combined with itching, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, or experience skin rashes, discontinue use and consult your healthcare practitioner immediately.
