Genestra Formula OSX 180 tablets:

Calcium and magnesium formulation in a 2:1 ratio with vitamin D and additional minerals.

Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth; Helps in tissue formation.

Calcium intake, when combined with sufficient vitamin D, a healthy diet, and regular exercise, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis. Helps in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus; helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth; and helps to maintain proper muscle function.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains:
Vitamin D (cholecalciferol)	1.9 mcg / 75IU
Calcium (dibasic calcium phosphate/ calcium carbonate/ microcrystalline hydroxyapatite ♦)	250 mg
Phosphorus (dibasic calcium phosphate/ microcrystalline hydroxyapatite ♦)	100 mg
Magnesium (magnesium oxide)	125 mg
Molybdenum (molybdenum Krebs ▲ complex)	25 mcg
Vanadium (vanadium Krebs ▲ complex)	20 mcg

♦ Freeze-dried bovine bone ▲ Citrate/ fumarate/ malate/ succinate/ alpha-ketoglutarate

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, hyprolose, croscarmellose sodium, ascorbyl palmitate, carnauba wax, hypromellose, glycerin, silica.

Purity: contain no added wheat, yeast, gluten, soy, artificial coloring or flavoring or dairy products.

Tamper-resistant package. Do not use if outer seal is missing or broken. Store in a cool, dry place.

Recommended Dose: Adults take one tablet two times daily with meals, a few hours before or after taking other medications, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
