D-Mannose 2000 mg
Cranberry Juice powder ( Vaccinium Macrocarpon fruit) 36% Proanthocyanidins 600mg
Manganese (manganese bisglycinate) 1.5mg
Copper (copper citrate) 0.075mg.

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Sodium bicarbonate, organic blueberry.
