Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Purity: Does not contain gluten, dairy, soy or GMOs.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 1 capsule 2 times a day. Not to be taken immediately before bedtime. Take as directed by a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner for use beyond 1 month.

Consumption with alcohol, other drugs or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. If you experience irritability or insomnia, discontinue use. May cause gastrointestinal discomfort including abdominal rumbling, soft stools, or slight constipation. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a health care practitioner.
