Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:

Inositol 750 mg
D-Chiro-inositol 50 mg
DL-alpha-Lipoic acid 50 mg 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

Purity: Does not contain gluten, dairy, soy or GMOs.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Take 2 capsules twice daily, or as directed by a health care practitioner.
