Each capsule contains:

Crocus sativus (Saffron) Stigma Extract (4-5: 1; 120 mg to 150 mg Dried Equivalent; 3% Crocin) 30 mg
Folate (Quatrefolic® [6S]-5-methyltetrahydrofolate, glucosamine salt) 800 mcg
Sceletium tortuosum (Zembrinº) (Sceletium) Leaf and Stem Extract (2:1; 50 mg Dried Equivalent; 0.38 % Total alkaloids ) 25 mg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 2000 mcg

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose, magnesium stearate, microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide.

Purity: Does not contain gluten, dairy, soy or GMOs.

Suggested Dose: Adults: Adults 18 years and older: Take 1 capsule 1 time per day. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond 8 weeks. Use for a minimum of 3 weeks to see beneficial effects on cognitive function.
