Helps to prevent thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, biotin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6 and B12 deficiencies. Helps to reduce the risk of neural tube defects when taken daily prior to becoming pregnant and during early pregnancy. Helps to form red blood cells. Helps normal growth and development. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins.

Each tablet contains:

Vitamin B1 (lhiamine, Ihiamine mononitrate) 25 mg
Vitamin B2 (Riboflavin) 25 mg
Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine hydrochloride) 50 mg
Folate 400 mcg
Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin) 100 mcg
Biotin 300 mcg
Vitamin B5 (Pantothenic acid, Calcium D-pantothenate) 50 mg
Niacinamide (3-Pyridinecarboxamide) 25 mg 

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Pea starch, Stearic acid, Cellulose, Croscarmellose sodium, Magnesium stearate, Stearic acid, Pharmaceutical glaze.

Suggested Dose: 1 to 3 tablets three (3) times each day as a dietary supplement or as otherwise directed by a health care professional.
