Recommended Adults Dose: Take 2 capsules daily with a meal (which includes a protein) or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Cautions: Take a few hours before or after taking other medical agent. Do not use if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult a healthcare practitioner prior to use if you are taking blood pressure products, vasodilators or antimicrobials, or if you have cystinuria or diabetes. Consumption with alcohol, other therapeutics, or natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended. Hypersensitivity is known to occur; in which case, discontinue use.
