Schizandra (Schisandra chinensis, fruit) 100 mg
Ashwaganda (Withania somnifera, root) 20 mg
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Cellulose, hypermellose (vegeterian capsule shell), magnesium stearate (vegetable).
Suggested Dose: Adults 1 capsule 2 times per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Avoid taking before bedtime.
