Non-medicinal Ingredients : Microcrystalline cellulose, croscarmellose sodium, coating (carbohydrate gum [cellulose], glycerin), vegetable grade magnesium stearate (lubricant).

Allergens : Contains no artificial preservatives, colour or sweeteners; no dairy, wheat or yeast. Sealed for your protection. Do not use if seal is broken. For freshness, store in a cool, dry place.

Recommended Adult Dose : 3 tablets per day or as directed by a health care professional. Keep out of reach of children.

Cautions: While no specific contraindications are known, this product should be avoided by individuals with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Vitamin D supplementation should be done with caution in those with hyperc alcemia or granulomatous diseases, such as sarcoidosis. This product does not contain iron, and may not be the most suitable for use during pregnancy and lactation. Not recommended for children under 12. Children over 12 can take half the recommended adult dose if able to swallow tablets.

Vitamin K supplementation may decrease the efficacy of blood thinners, antiplatelets, or anticoagulants, so it requires more close monitoring of its administration. This product contains nutrients known to reduce hypertension and hyperglycemia, and may require lower dosing or discontinuation of related medications.
