L-5-Hydroxytryptophan (from griffonia seed) 50 mg
Melatonin 1.5 mg
Valeriana officinalis L. (valerian root; extract 3-6:1, DHE: 0.225–0.45 g; 0.8% valerenic acid) 75 mg
Passiflora incarnate L (passionflower extract 3.5-7:1, aerial parts, DHE: 0.056–0.112 g) 16 mg
Melissa officinalis L. (lemon balm extract 5-8:1, aerial parts, DHE: 0.75-1.2 g) 150 mg

Suggested Dose: Adults (18 years and over) – Take one to two capsules before bedtime with or without food, or as directed by a qualified health care practitioner. Do not blend, mix or crush capsules. Swallow capsules whole. Consult a healthcare practitioner for use beyond three weeks.

Cautions: Do not take Ortho Sleep™ if pregnant, breastfeeding, trying to conceive, or taking immunosuppressive agents. Not to be used by individuals under the age of 18 or those with a medical condition. Do not use if you have scleroderma.

Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if taking sedatives, hypnotic agents, psychotropics, blood pressure agents, anticoagulant, anticonvulsant, steroids, serotonergic agents. These may include, but are not limited to, L-tryptophan, S-adenosylmethionine (SAMe), St. John’s Wort, antidepressants, pain killers, cough/cold products, anti-nausea, anti-blood pressure and anti-migraines. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if you show signs of weakness, oral ulcers, or abdominal pain accompanied by severe muscle pain or if you experience skin changes. Mild gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g. nausea, vomiting, or cramping) and hypersensitivity (e.g. allergy) has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience drowsiness. Do not drive or use machinery for five hours after taking Ortho Sleep™. Exercise caution if engaging in activities requiring mental alertness. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have asthma, cardiovascular disease, immune system disease, hormonal disorder, diabetes or hypoglycaemia, liver or chronic kidney disease, cerebral palsy, seizure disorders, migraine, depression and/or hypertension, if sleeplessness persists continuously for more than three weeks (chronic insomnia or if symptoms persist or worsen. Consumption with alcohol, other medications or health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
