Each capsule contains:

Folate (L-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate) 1 mg
Vitamin B12 (as Methylcobalamin) 2.8 mcg

Non-medicinal Ingredients*: Microcrystalline cellulose, silicon dioxide, sodium stearyl fumarate. Capsule: Hypromellose.
