Multi-mineral/vitamin supplement. Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. A factor in the maintenance of good health.

Ingredients:

Each capsule contains:
Calcium Citrate (Elemental)		125mg
Magnesium Citrate (Elemental)		62.5mg
Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)		120 IU (3 mcg)
Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid)		62.5 mg
Silicon* (Sodium metasilicate)		2.5 mg
Zinc* (Zinc citrate)		2.5 mg
Manganese* (Manganese sulphate)		1 mg
Copper* (Copper gluconate)		250 mcg
Boron* (Sodium borate)		50 mcg
Selenium* (L-Selenomethionine)		12.5 mcg
Includes citric acid to increase absorption of calcium citrate.

Non Medicinal Ingredients: Hypromellose (vegetarian capsule shell).
