Ingredients :

Each capsule contains:

Limosilactobacillus fermentum LF10 (DSM 19187) 1 billion CFU*
Lactobacillus crispatus LCR01 (DSM 24619) 1 billion CFU* 
Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02 (DSM 21717) 1 billion CFU* 

*CFU = Colony forming units 

Non-medicinal Ingredients :  Maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, sucrose.

Purity: Gluten free, dairy Free.

Recommended Dose : Women: take 1 capsule daily (with or without food), or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antimicrobial agents. 

No refrigeration required.

Cautions : Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain.  Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term immune treatment). Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.
