Each capsule contains:

Bifidobacterium longum 04 (DSM 23233) (whole cell) 1 billion CFU* 
Lacticaseibacillus mamnosus LR06 (OSM 21981) (whole cell) 1 billion CFU*
Lactiplantibacillus plantarum LPO1 (LMG P-21021) (whole cell) 1 billion CFU* 
Limosilactobacillus fermentum LF16 (DSM 26956) (whole cell ) 1 billion CFU* 

*CFU = Colony forming units 

Non-medicinal Ingredients :  Maltodextrin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, silicon dioxide. 

Purity: Gluten free, dairy Free.

Recommended Dose : Adults and adolescents 12 years and older: take 1 capsule daily (with or without food), or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Take at least 2-3 hours before or after antimicrobial agents. 

No refrigeration required.

Cautions : Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain.  Do not use this product if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term immune treatment). Stop use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen and/or persists beyond 3 days.
