Phosphatidylcholine (PC) is the primary phospholipid (also known as phosphatide) found in lecithin. It is an important component of cell membranes and is highly concentrated in hepatocytes. PC supports the production and secretion of very low density lipoprotein (VLDL), which transports triglycerides from the liver.

Recommended Dose: Take 2 soft gels 2 times daily with meals or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
