Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol)	25 mcg/1000 IU
Boron (citrate)	700 mcg
Calcium (citrate malate)	1000 mg
Chromium (picolinate)	100 mcg
Copper (citrate)	1 mg
Iodine (potassium iodide)	150 mcg
Magnesium (aspartate, oxide)	420 mg
Manganese (biglycinate)	2.3 mg
Molybdenum (Na molybdate)	45 mcg
Potassium (chloride)	99 mg
Selenium (Selenomethionine)	55 mcg
Silicon (HVP chelate from soy)	50 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, tocopherols, ascorbyl palmitate, starch, sucrose, coconut oil, maltodextrin, dicalcium phosphate, silicon dioxide. Capsule: hypromellose.
