AOR Gandha 120 Veg Capsules:
Ashwagandha extract.
Gandha-600 contains ashwagandha, a plant widely used in Ayurvedic medicine. Ashwagandha is traditionally used as Rasayana (rejuvenative tonic), to relieve general weakness and stress, especially in old age, as a sleep aid, to balance aggravated Vata (sedative), and for memory enhancement.

Non-medicinal Ingredients: Sodium stearyl fumarate and sodium benzoate. Capsule: hypromellose.

Very effective for stress relief
My Naturopath recommended this supplement to deal with the anxiety and chronic stress I have been having. It does take a few weeks to be effective, however I have felt much better on it. I take 2 each morning daily and have now for 5 months. No side effects. I do take it with water and find that it is best if I eat a little something immediately. If not, then it feels heavy in my upper stomach. It is gluten free so it works well for my diet.
