Magnesium Liquid (Oil) 237 ml:

Concentrated topical magnesium chloride.

With a silky, oil-like texture, full strength Magnesium Chloride Liquid is our most concentrated form of topical magnesium. It is ideal for adding to a foot bath or full body tub for a relaxing magnesium soak. Apply it directly to skin using a cloth or cotton pad.

Ingredients:  Each ml contains 450 mg of magnesium chloride, equivalent to 120 mg of elemental magnesium.

Non-medicinal ingredients: Distilled water.  Contains no fragrance, preservatives or added ingredients.

Directions for Use:

Pour 30 ml (2 tbsp) of magnesium liquid into a tub or foot bath.

Dilute with water or a skin-friendly oil when applying directly to the skin, to test for sensitivity. Rub diluted product into muscles.

Hot Compress:  Apply Magnesium Chloride Liquid to an area of pain or tension. Take a small towel and wet it in hot water (as hot as comfortable). Place over sore area and allow the heat of the compress to drive the magnesium into the skin. When the compress cools, repeat.

Cautions:   For external use only.  Keep away from the eyes.  Full-strength on the skin may cause redness, rash and irritation.  Dilution to half-strength with distilled water is recommended.
